Taking Possession Of The Camera

Thus, I am a proud owner of the Canon PowerShot SX10 camera. I opened its box and admired my new beauty. When I was moving it, I could hear a soft clack from inside the camera. I turned it on and the disturbing noise stopped. I switched it off and turned the camera slowly. I heard clacks again. There was nothing to do but to call the call center of the shop. A lady with lovely voice told me that it sounded like a serious problem. She suggested returning the camera as soon as possible. It was evening, after the traffic jam time. I sat into my car and went back to the shop.

The shop assistant was moving the camera as I told to move and was looking at me with a question on his face. He could not hear the noise until I did not pay his attention on it. He started to smile and explained that this clack came from the auto focus system of the camera and it was in good order. Thus, do not worry of the clack if your camera is switched off. It was my first adventure with the auto focus system. :)

I took some shots to try if the main functionalities of the camera worked well. Then I continue reading the manual. I read almost all except the focus features, as this part was large and I was too lazy. Now, I know it was a mistake. I should have read the manual to save time and not to be nervous in the future.
